Contacted Sitka gear with photos and they told me it was pilling and to get a pilling shaver. Terrible customer service and riding on the back of an Alaska name when they have nothing to do with Alaska. Overpriced product that isn’t rugged enough to endure a trip to the store without being irreversibly damaged.

I love the built in piece that can either cover your face or go around neck. It’s often very windy in Iceland so I would put up on my face to protect it from the wind. Definitely a piece I’ll wear often when camping.

Called customer service and sat on hold for 20min to then just be led to a voicemail. Currently not a happy hunter.
